Unacceptable behaviour and unreasonable demands

We understand that people may act out of character in times of distress or due to frustration. However, our staff and volunteers have the right to undertake their work free from aggression or abuse and we expect them to be treated with courtesy and respect.

In order to provide the best service we can and also protect our staff and volunteers, we have developed a clear policy describing what we consider unacceptable behaviour and the consequences of displaying these types of behaviour.
